''I uploaded a design on a Sunday night and received the shirts barely 48 hours later, without paying for rush shipping (pick up in store). I had a problem with the artwork printed on the back, so I phoned the company the following day. Within a few hours, they gave me a full credit which I then used to re-order the shirts.
